REFUND POLICY

You have up to 30 days to return the product for a full refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

WARRANTY

BeatzandBreakz warranties that the MIDI files will work with your MIDI compatible software. If the files are corrupted or defective, we will replace the files for you and deliver them via Internet download for one year.

Other than the guarantee that the files will work with your MIDI compatible software, the PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the PRODUCT remains with you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order at any time and there are no cancellation fees.
